Close down Lightroom. Delete the Catalog Name Previews.Irdata file. – Don't be alarmed, this only deletes the previews, not any of your precious photos. Open up Lightroom. – Opening up Lightroom again recreates this Previews.Irdata file, but it's much much smaller than before, fixing the space issue you once had.
